What Matters the Most To You

In this mini-episode, Kimi and Christy discuss core values—what they are, what they are not, and why it’s worth knowing what matters most to you.

Christy shares an example from her own life where returning to her core values helped her to lean into a new project with more courage and resilience. Kimi and Christy also share several simple strategies and a questionnaire to help you to identify your own values and to pivot toward what matters to you.

Today’s conversation was inspired by Jenna Miscavige Hill, the niece of Scientology’s most powerful leader, David Miscavige. Jenna found the courage at age twenty-one to leave Scientology and to build a meaningful life based on her own chosen values, goals, and intuitions. You can listen to her life story here.

I truly love what I do – creating from-the-ground-up creative solutions that are as unique as the clients who inspire them. I draw very few boxes around what a graphic designer should and shouldn't do – I've been known to photograph, illustrate, write copy, paint and hand-letter to get the job done.
